Delete your account

How to delete your account and your data at Heli HQ, the app and the Heli HQ platform. You can do this yourself in the app or the web app, or ask us to do it for you.

1. In the app

1. Open the Heli HQ app and sign in.
2. On Today, tap the menu at the top right.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm your choice. If you own a workspace, type the name of your workspace to confirm.

2. In the web app

1. Sign in at heli-hq.com.
2. Go to Settings.
3. At the bottom you will find Delete workspace (if you are the owner) or Delete my account (if you are a team member).
4. Confirm your choice.

3. We do it for you

Can't find it, or can't sign in anymore? Email info@heli-hq.com from the email address of your account, with the subject Delete account. We delete your account within thirty days and confirm by email. For your security we may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

4. What is deleted

• Your account: your name, email address, password, profile settings and the choices you made in the app.
• Your workspace, if you are the owner: leads, clients, appointments, tasks, documents, files, conversations with your AI agent and all integrations. We revoke access to connected services such as Google and Meta immediately.
• If you are a team member in someone else's workspace, we only delete your account. The workspace itself stays with its owner.

After deletion your account is no longer accessible immediately. Anything still left in our systems is permanently erased no later than thirty days later. To keep your data, export it first under Settings, Export everything.

5. What we must keep

• Invoices and accounting records: seven years, because of Dutch tax law. If you sent a client an invoice, we anonymise that client and keep only the invoice.
• Technical logs: as long as our providers keep them by default; our own error logs are deleted after ninety days.
• Support messages: up to two years after the last contact.

6. Deleting only part of your data

You don't need to delete your whole account to remove data. In Heli HQ you can delete a lead, client, file or conversation yourself, and disconnect Google or Meta under Integrations. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
